* Please note * Minimum Deposit of half the price of the agreed site is required in-advance before work will commence. Note 1: The Double Length page size is based upon a 1024x768 pixel display. This is the size of the monitor screen that we use at West Kootenay Web Design. If you are using a different monitor screen size, the amount of page data will be different. A smaller resolution such as 800x600 pixels will result in more than the Double Length defined here. We often limit the screen width to 600 pixels in order to have backwards compatability with all monitors, to control image sizes and to have a definable page length. As an example, this page is 750 pixels wide and is approximately 3 pages in length.
Note 2: For customers paying in US dollars, our current exchange rate is 1.47 which is equivalent to a 68 cent Canadian dollar when compared to the US dollar. For example, a $375 Canadian dollar purchase would cost an American customer $255.10 US. We accept payment in either Canadian or US dollars. In addition, West Kootenay Design charges an additional 14 percent in taxes. This is a combination of the PST (Provincial Sales Tax) and GST (Goods and Services Tax).

We are glad to provide business cards to both businesses & individuals. If your
business has a Company logo, we can include it on your business cards. We can also
incorporate other clip art or images on business cards. Or, We can 'Create' it! We currently use white stock -
paper. Grey card stock paper is available if specified when order is placed.
Note 2:
The quoted prices do not include shipping costs. You may choose your shipper provided
they serve the Nelson or Castlegar, British Columbia area. We currently ship via Canada Post, or Purolator. (shipping must be pre-paid)

To create a Website or design any of your needs can be all done via the Internet. All you have to do is send the pictures and/or information via e-mail and we can do the rest!
Depending on the site, or publication size - Work will be completed from 1 - 14 days.
All sites will be submitted once to search engines for submission. * Further or Extra submitting * will be done as agreed by contract.
